I move the City Council authorize the Mayor to send a letter to the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George’s County opposing the proposed Transfer from Town Center Wine and Spirits, LLC, 6401 America Blvd, Suite 100, Hyattsville, MD to Cheers N Beer, LLC, located at 3500 East West Hwy, #1433, Hyattsville, MD.

The applicant Phani K. Damaraju, Member-Manager and Shweta Kansal, Member, has made an application to the PGC Board of License Commissioners for the transfer of the existing Town Center Wine & Spirits, LLC located in University Town Center to 3500 East West Highway (The Mall at Prince George’s), and renamed Cheers N Beer, LLC.
