I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to exercise the second option year of the existing Contract with JMT to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Renovation of 3505 Hamilton Street.

Summary Background:
In April of 2016 the City Council authorized a contract with Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson (JMT) to provide architectural and engineering services to the City for the renovation of 3505 Hamilton St. The contract was for 3 years with two 1 year options. The City Council authorized the City Administrator to exercise the first option year in the summer of 2019, and increased the not to exceed contract value. This year we are looking to execute the second option with no change to the contract value.
