I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $50,000 to NZI Construction, Inc. for the renovation of the parking lot at 4310 Gallatin St under their existing contract.

Summary Background:
The parking lot at 4310 Gallatin St is now 30 years old and in need of replacement. It has been patched and repaired numerous times, most recently in 2019. Given the age, current condition, and need for additional repair, the City is at the point where a full renovation will provide the best results and reduce the need for annual repairs.
