I move the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to accept the construction proposal from Gordian for an expenditure not to exceed $55,000.00 for the renovation of the Prangley Room at 4310 Gallatin Street.

Summary Background:
City staff have been working with Gordian to develop a proposal to renovate and update the second floor Prangley room at the City Administration Building. The current conditions in the Prangley room are less than optimal for COVID safety and professional usage.
Next Steps:
With Council approval staff will work with Gordian to schedule and facilitate the proposed work.
