I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to accept the proposal from Chesapeake Iron Works, Inc. for the replacement of the fence along the 5600 block of Jamestown Road for an expenditure not to exceed $17,000.

Summary Background:
On the 5600 Block of Jamestown Road is a City owned fence to separate the Queen’s Chapel Town Center parking lot from the surrounding neighborhood. Due to age and vandalism the fence is in a state of disrepair and is in need of replacement.
