I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure to Professional Lawn Maintenance Services (PLMS) for an amount not to exceed $35,000 for the FY22 portion of the contract.

Summary Background:
In the spring of 2021, the City awarded a three (3) year contract to PLMS provide alley maintenance services for City Parks, Facilities, and other areas requiring regular maintenance.
Next Steps:
Issue a purchase order for FY22 contract.
