I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the disbursement of $300 from the Mayor’s Discretionary Fund to Ashley Payne to sponsor her participation in the Miss Maryland pageant.

Summary Background:
Ashley Payne will be representing the City of Hyattsville in the Miss Maryland USA pageant. The funds will help cover her sponsorship fee which pays for food, lodging, prizes, judges, emcees, staff and wardrobe.
