Summary Background:
The FY19 audit started in late October with completion now slated for July 2020. Filing of continuing disclosure financial statements for FY19 bond issue to MSRB “Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board” Was filed.
Next Steps:
Continue to work through audits until completion.
Fiscal Impact:
Late audit filings can result in loss of State grants and loss of revenues from the State of Maryland.
