I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $118,000 for the repair of 40^th Place and Farragut Streets by NZI Construction under their existing contract.

City staff have received complaints about potholes on the 5000 block of 40^th Place and the 4200 and 4300 blocks of Farragut St. NZI Construction has an existing contract with the City for the repair and paving of City streets.
