I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $11,100 to GameTime for replacement of damaged playground equipment at Deitz Park.

Summary Background:
During a routine inspection, City staff found that the rope on the spider jungle gym at Deitz Park is beginning to fray. As the fraying progresses, it will leave exposed wire that will cause a hazard to users. The spider jungle gym is made by GameTime, and they are the sole source for replacement parts on their equipment. The replacement net will be purchased from GameTime, using OMNIA cooperative purchasing contract # 2017001134.
