Summary Background:
Prince George’s County has released their Climate Action Plan and are allowing Municipalities to submit a formal statement regarding the 250+ page document before December 15, 2021. The Hyattsville Environment Committee (HEC) is expected to review the document and make recommendations for consideration and Action at the Council meeting of December 6, 2021.
Next Steps:
Discussion by Council followed by review by the HEC. Recommendations from HEC to be discussed by City Council on December 6, 2021.
