I move the Mayor and Council adopt the proclamation recognizing Chef Tobias Dorzon for receiving the distinction of 2024 Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Maryland.

Summary Background:
Each year the Restaurant Association of Maryland presents awards for critical positions in the restaurant industry. These awards are for those who relentlessly prove their skills and dedication to the industry while demonstrating top-notch leadership qualities. Chef Tobias Dorzon was recognized as the 2024 Chef of the Year by the association for the work he has done as founder and head chef of the Huncho House, which he opened in Hyattsville in 2022.
