I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to enter into an agreement with Hercules Fence to furnish and install, or repair as needed, a chain link security fence around the DPW facility site at an expenditure not to exceed $16,000, pending legal review.

Summary Background:
The security fence around the Department of Public Works (DPW) facility is 40-50 years old with sections damaged due to age and neglect, as well as storm damage and construction on the site. This proposal will repair and complete the fence around the entire perimeter of the facility.
Next Steps:
Issue a contract and Purchase Order (PO) to schedule installation.
