Changes in who does the initial tree assessments.

Revised requirements to replace a tree for each tree permit approved along with added size requirements for tree replacement.

Residents given the option, at the time of application, to choose tree replacement or to pay a fee in lieu of tree replacement.

Planting in the City Right of Way is prohibited without approval of City Arborist or authorized designee.
