I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $25,000 to Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson (JMT) to provide design support for the installation of two (2) Portland Loo restrooms under their existing contract.

Summary Background:
In the summer of 2020, the Council authorized the purchase of two (2) Portland Loo outdoor restrooms to be installed in City parks. As part of the installation the City has requested JMT to provide a proposal to provide engineering and design services to ensure compliance with Prince George’s County permitting, WSSC, or other requirements as needed. The Portland Loos are expected to be delivered and installed in the Summer of 2021.
