I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $42,000 to Phu Than Neuyen for the lease of 4629 Arundel Place from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025, on a month-to-month basis utilizing the existing lease agreement.

Summary Background:
In July of 2023, the Mayor and Council authorized an extension of the current lease of 4629 Arundel Place. The Department of Public Works would like to exercise the option to extend the lease for an additional year on a month-to-month basis. The space is adjacent to the Department of Public Works (DPW) yard and provides storage for equipment and supplies. It also allows for staff and city vehicle parking, a bus charging station and will support the environmental depot and storage for white goods and other items picked up and dropped off from residents.
