I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hyatt Park Community Garden Association for the use and administration of the community garden space at Hyatt Park, pending review by the City Attorney.

Summary Background:

The Hyatt Park Community Garden Association was involved in the formation of the garden and has been maintaining it since 2011. At that time a formal agreement between the City and Association was never finalized. This agreement will cover the use and administration of the garden going forward.
