I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the Treasurer to amend the FY24 General Fund Budget by adjusting and transferring available budget appropriations in various line-items and between departments to address year-end operational expenditures before June 30, 2024.

Summary Background:
The City is approaching the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2024 and the administration is seeking to adjust and transfer as needed available FY24 budget appropriations in various line-items and between departments to address year-end operational expenditures. The aggerate total of adjustment and transfers cannot exceed the previously approved FY24 General Fund Expenditures of $30.27 million.
