I move that Mayor and Council accept and appropriate into the FY25 Special Revenue Fund, the SFY24 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (BJAG) - White Papers Grant in the amount of $90,000 to be used for the AVoiP system at 3505 Hamilton Street.

Summary Background:

The City applied for funding through the SFY24 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (BJAG) - White Papers in order to secure funds towards the AVoiP system in the communications department of the new police headquarters.  On July 1^st, 2024, The City was notified that it was awarded $90,000.

Accept and appropriate grant funds
