I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $50,000.00 to Hertrich Fleet Services for the purchase of a hybrid Ford Explorer for Department of Public Works Administration Services.

Summary Background:
Currently the Department of Public Works (DPW) has four (4) vehicles to support Administration Services. Three (3) of the existing vehicles are newer and will remain in service, the fourth vehicle is beyond its depreciated life and needs to be replaced.
Next Steps:
With Council approval, the Department of Public Works will facilitate the purchase of the new vehicle.

CIP $50,000.00
