I move that the Mayor and Council amend the FY21 Capital Improvements Budget and to adjust and transfer budget appropriations to cover the cost of laptop computer equipment NTE $30,000 due to COVID-19.

Summary Background:
Due to COVID-19 and limited access to City facilities, various City employees are teleworking from home. To ensure employees have appropriate laptop technology and capacity to continue daily workflow and communications, we are seeking Council approval to amend the FY21 Capital Improvements Budget and to adjust and transfer budget appropriations to cover the cost of computer equipment NTE $30,000.

Fiscal Impact:
No increase to the FY21 CIP budget.
