I move that the Mayor and Council approve the FY21 contract with Northstar Tutoring for tutoring and mentorship management at a cost not to exceed $60,000, upon the review and approval of the City Attorney for legal sufficiency in support of the City’s teen programming.

Summary Background:
Northstar Tutoring provided excellent individualized tutor/mentor matching to our Teen Center students over the past year. This contract retains their services for another year and includes tutoring and mentoring agreements responsive to potential augmentations in the method of delivery of curriculum due to the COVID-19 health crisis such as the implementation of virtual learning.
