I move that the Mayor and Council adopt a proclamation in recognition of September 15 - October 15, 2020 as Hispanic Heritage Month in Hyattsville.

This proclamation declares September 15, 2020 through October 15, 2020, to be Hispanic Heritage Month in the City of Hyattsville. This month the City celebrates the contributions and achievements that residents of Hispanic and Latino heritage make in our community every day.
