Summary Background:
The City staff presents the City Council an annual progress report of the City’s 2017-2021 Community Sustainability Plan. The report identifies projects and programs that have either been completed, are in-progress, are ongoing programming, or have not been initiated. This report and presentation are a cumulative report of actions completed through the fourth year of the five-year community plan.

City Administrator Comments:
The sustainability plan goals and objectives are prioritized annually and a major consideration in the annual budget planning process. The staff continues to work together and with the community and committees to achieve desired outcomes.
Community Engagement:
The Community Sustainability Plan was completed as part of a 10-month community planning process which identified community priorities and actions necessary to further the adopted goals.
