I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $73,000 for the 5^th year of the Big Belly Solar contract.

Summary Background:

In 2016 the Council authorized the City Administrator to enter into a multi-year contract with Big Belly Solar to provide, install, and monitor Big Belly Solar compacting trash and recycling receptacles throughout the City. FY 21 is the 5^th year of the contract.
