I move that the Mayor and Council authorize the decommissioning and disposal of the Public Works vehicles and equipment noted in the memo dated October 28th, 2020.

Summary Background:
The Department of Public Works is preparing to move into their new facility. As part of the moving process, the department has been recording an inventory of tools and equipment to determine what can be moved and what can be considered for sale, auction, or disposed.
Next Steps:
Place the items for auction and disposal according to the City’s procurement policy.
Fiscal Impact:
Proceeds from the auction will be returned to the City.
