Summary Background:
As part of Prince George’s County Public Schools approved capital improvement plan, the Hyattsville Middle School site will be redeveloped as a new school through a public-private partnership between Prince George’s County Education and Community Partners, LLC.
On January 4, 2021, the City Council will receive a presentation from the development team detailing the site and building construction product and schedule.
