I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $15,000 to Hann & Hann, Inc. for emergency mold remediation at 4310 Gallatin St.

Summary Background:
It was recently discovered, and tested to confirm, that the kitchenette area of the 2nd Floor and the community services area of the 3rd floor of the City Building have significant presences of mold. The areas were inspected, but additional mold may be found once remediation work begins.
Next Steps:
Authorize agreement with Hann & Hann, Inc. to inspect for and remediate any existing mold in the City Building.
