I move the City Council authorize the City Administrator to execute a Purchase Agreement with Dataprise Inc., 3700 Koppers Street, Suite 520, Baltimore, Maryland 21227, for the acquisition of information technology (IT) servers to support the operation of the City’s Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility, at a total fixed cost of $14,667.54

Summary Background:
The City requested a proposal for a fixed priced project to stage and configure one (1) physical Hyper-V 2016 host server and two (2) new Server 2016 virtual machines to support the operation of the new DPW facility.
The procurement included proposals for the following hardware and quantities:
• Physical Server (1)
• Virtual Server - Domain Controller (1)
• Virtual Server - Utilities
• Configuration, Deployment, Licensing and Commissioning Services (1)

No additional action is required.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this activity is included in the FY2021 budget.
