I move the Mayor and Council accept the certified election results from the Board of Supervisors of Elections for the City Election held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. This certification is provided for under Section C4-11 of the Hyattsville City Charter.

Summary Background:
On May 14, 2021, the Board of Supervisors of Elections certified the results of the May 11, 2021 election to the City Clerk per section C4-11 of the City Charter. A copy of the certified return sheet is attached.
Next Steps:
The Oath of Office will be administered to the newly elected officials on June 7, 2021. Details on the ceremony will be forthcoming and shared on the City’s communications channels and website.
