I move that the Mayor and Council appoint Ward 1 Councilmember Joanne Waszczak to serve as the Council liaison to the Health, Wellness, and Recreation Advisory Committee and the Educational Facilities Task Force.

Summary Background:
After each City election, new Council liaisons are appointed to City Committees. Councilmember Waszczak’s appointment is eligible as a result of the Ward 1 Special election of September 14, 2021.
Next Steps:
Council will appoint/reappoint liaisons to each committee. Notifications of any change in Council liaison will be sent to Committee Chairs.
