I move the Mayor and Council authorize the City Administrator to approve an expenditure with Magnolia Plumbing to replace the existing HVAC units at 4310 Gallatin Street, cost not to exceed $125,000.00.

Summary Background:
The existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) units at 4310 Gallatin have been operating for over 30 years and the units are past their depreciated life. These units require extensive work throughout the year and are a significant maintenance cost to the city. We requested three (3) proposals from three (3) local vendors, we received three (3) proposals from these firms. We are recommending that we consider the proposal from Magnolia Plumbing for cost and overall expertise.
Next Steps:
With Council approval staff will schedule the HVAC replacement.

CIP $125,000.00
