I move that the Council approve the donation of $400 from the Ward 2 discretionary funds to the SoHy Afghan Refugee Relief fund.

Summary Background:
Due to the recent departure of the United States from Afghanistan, many Afghanis who helped the U.S. effort have fled to other nations including the U.S. The donation is to help Afghanis who are resettling in Hyattsville.

Approve and appropriate funds.
