Summary Background:
The City Building entered service in 1990 and the restrooms have not been renovated since they were constructed. Many items have been repaired or replaced in the various restrooms over the years and have exceeded their useful life. Additionally, while the restrooms were constructed to 1980’s accessibility standards much has changed in the 30+ years since it was constructed. This project will bring the facilities up to 2023 ADA standards and provide modern touchless features which are important to preventing the spread of bacteria and viruses and an important tool in protecting public health.
TMG was selected for this project via the Gordian Job Order Contracting services, which is provided via the Omnia Partners cooperative purchasing agreement, of which the City is a member.
