I move that the Mayor and Council authorize an expenditure not to exceed $18,012.03 to Lawmen Supply Company for the purchase of five (5) ERT heavy duty vests.

Tactical vests should be replaced every five (5) years and the last purchase for vests was in 2018.
Quote #QT1702106 is for four (1) vests in the amount of $5,910.01. Quote #QT1688883 is for four (4) vests in the amount of $23,640.04 with a credit of $11,538.02, totaling $12,102.02. The total for all five (5) vests, with the credit, is $18,012.03.
