Summary Background:
The City’s auditor of record Lindsey & Associates has completed the FY21 audit of the City’s Financial Statements and in accordance with our requirement the auditor will provide the Council with an overview of the final audit report. The presentation will address the purpose of the report and describe the scope of testing on internal control and compliance and the results of that testing. The final audit report is an integral part of an audit performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards in considering the entity’s internal control and compliance.
